What a Difference a Year Makes

I stated a year ago, that things were looking up for St. Clair County. Boy, was I wrong. However, the rest of the country, (world) has joined Michigan.

I am one that always believes the glass is half-full.

Take a dry empty glass from your kitchen cabinet. Fill it exactly half-full of water.

Add one drop of water. The glass is more than half-full, hence the glass half-full.
